INFORMATION ABOUT TIRE GRANULATE MARKET
Tire granulate markets are constantly being developed but none are keeping up with the generation rate of tires that are being produced by our ever increasing population. More importantly the products that are being produced are not really commercially viable because of the minute market place that they occupy and the costly transportation of the finished product to the customers. Therefore it is not creating a stimulating interest for other businesses and entrepreneurs in partnering to develop and expand new markets.

The markets that have been developed for the use of tire granules - for example Play Grounds, Asphalt Blending, Leaching Fields, etc. are uses that are quite successful but don’t really provide a “High tonnage consumption" of tires and therefore hardly puts a dent in the overall economic and environmental issue. This is probably the most important factor in the lack of widespread acceptance of recycled rubber products as a new "raw" material.

There are specialized markets using re-cycled tires in a process called “Poured- in-Place” rubber surfacing which has become successful and which uses a binding agent for the rubber. The problem is that there is not enough of this type work in any one area. Therefore outside contracting crews are generally used. This presents a continuing contracting problem of “Quality Control” and “Accountability”
This is a subtle part of the KBI solution.

Through many years of experience it became apparent that there is an immense business opportunity within the tire re-cycling market not only in the USA but indeed internationally... “Tires are everywhere!”

It is considered that the disposal of tires is a viable business due to the federally mandated disposal fees of the tires. This has created unscrupulous business practices and some colossal clean up problems for the local agencies. An answer is quite simple.

Develop a product that:
1. Creates a market with a "high tonnage consumption of tires"
2. Utilizes supplies from its own “localized granulation” facility
3. Diminishes demonstrative transportation costs.
4. Reduces the devastating impact on our environment.
5. Uses "all types" of tires.
6. Creates "business opportunities" for local, regional, and national entrepreneurs.
7. Maintains a mechanism for "quality control" and "accountability" through licensed installation territories that utilize factory trained personnel.
